Ms Rashida Najmi Holds the position of Chief Quality Officer (CQO), at Piramal Pharma Ltd, over seeing Quality globally for all the businesses of Piramal Pharma. She leads a diversed portfolio of quality and regulatory compliance from discovery solutions, clinical trials and commercial molecules both drug substance and drug product in large and small molecule space. She possesses expertise of leading global regulatory compliance for sites enabling GMP approvals for our sites and products from all advanced regulatory health authorities plus other health authorities. She has consistently enabled an exemplary track record of regulatory inspection outcome at our sites since the inception of filing in regions like US and EU for more than a decade, by keeping our quality standards beyond the regulatory benchmark.

She also additionally lead Pharmacovigilance function and Regulatory function for Piramal Pharma Solutions (PPS).
Ms Najmi is a Pharmacist and MBA by education and have subsequently done several skill advancement courses viz 5’S’, HACCP, ISO lead assessor, 6 Sigma and RAC. She comes from a strong foundational learning from global companies like Shreya Life Sciences and ACG Worldwide.

Ms Najmi is a known entity in quality space and regarded as an innovative leader. She is a recipient to several awards in quality space and have been a speaker and a panelist in notable forums. She is an active member in all key Pharma and regulatory network.
